Mizoram Postal Division, which comes under Department
of Posts, Govt. of India is a part of North Eastern Circle.
The division serves the entire Mizoram State with
Headquarters at Aizawl. This Postal Division came into
existence on 6.10.1972. The Division comprises four sub-
divisions,
-
Aizawl East Sub-Division with Headquarter at Aizawl
-
Aizawl West Sub-division with Headquarter at Aizawl,
-
Lunglei Sub-division with Headquarter at Lunglei and
-
Chhimtuipui Sub-division with Headquarter at Lawngtlai.

Various Postal facilities are provided through a network
of 1 Head Post Office,
1 Mukhya Dak Ghar, 37 Sub Post Offices, 355 Extra
Departmental Branch Post Offices and 2 Panchayat Sanchar
