It is always our endeavour to provide efficient, reliable and high quality mail, parcel and related services understanding and fulfilling customer's needs. However, it is but natural that somewhere for some human, operational failure to take place and to affect the services being rendered by the Department. We fell the sentiment our customers to such failures and their reaction in the form of a complaint which will promptly be reacted to with the introduction of suitable correctives.

Where to lodge the complaints?
Complaint of any nature may be lodged or addressed to the Postmaster/ Sub Postmaster of booking  office or to the Director Postal Services, Mizoram, Aizawl 796001.

Web based Grievances handling system
All kinds of complaints are now being uploaded in the web system which can be viewed by the complainant through internet. Track and Trace system has also been introduced from which the movement of Speed Post, Express Parcel Post, e Money Order, etc can be traced out easily. For on line registration of complaints and tracking the articles, please visit our web site SMS tracking system is also available.

You can also record your suggestions or complaints in the Complaints and  Suggestion Book which is available at the post office or request the Postmaster to access to the complaint and suggestion book.
